Property issue with my mother girija above 65 year old

My father died property is still his ownership.mother 65 year and brother 33 he is autism patient .me and my family living in rent house .my mother quarel to me and my wife .so we are in rent house.but my work dull in this time.so I need share of my property.how to get my share
you had to file a petition suit to get your sahre ove the property. as you being the surviving heirs of your father, you are entitled to a share in the property which no one could denay and so alone, you are having every chance to file suit
