My grandmother had a property in rohini sec-6, she named a will to my uncle, mentioned other property adress ( Tri Nagar ) and also all movable and immovable property will go to my uncle only. Can my uncle name this property to me? Is he eligible?

Yes the entire transactions needs to be understood. If it was your grandmother’s self acquired then the same can be given to uncle. With the Above narration of facts your status as well claim to the property is not coming out very clear. That can be better understood after discussion.

yes your uncle can name this property to you but only once he himself becomes the owner of the property. it means that once the will comes into effect only then can your uncle further transfer the property or execute a will in your favour with respect to the said property. this is if the property is a self acquired property. if it's an ancestral property, then it would be different.
