Property issue in family members

Hi sir,hope you are doing good!Me and my mom signed for the property agreement for selling to another party of myfatherand my uncle's land ,now it's been 6months we haven't received any money ofthatproperty that buyer has taken time to settle the full amount but the period of time is over now the period is extended to another 5months but here the point is we haven't signed at court or in anyregistration office it was just an agreement notice as we know. But we suspect that all arecheating on us
there may be possibility of you getting cheated in this transaction. if you have a copy of the agreement that you have signed, send .it to me.. have all of you signed it ? how much money advance we have taken ?
