Property issue in family at Mumbai location... Need help

My brotherinlaw has shared will where he is power of attorney and as per my motherinlaws will it says to sell the house and divide it into 3 parts for 3 kids but we don't wish to sell the house? Brotherinlaw insists on it? What can be our next step?

First of all it should be get clear that only that person can make will in whose name the said property belongs. If property comes from father then mother or son can't make will. He can make will only regard to his exclusive share .
