I am making my house in dibiyapur which my parents bought in 2007 I have all documents and when I started to build a pradhan of that area come and said that this area is gram samaaj but all house of that line is also built which bought after my plot what can I do now he is saying come to my house for problem solving
you cab go to the sub registrars office to get a legal position this area is Graham samaj you must see how your house or property is placed he what can for problem solving0 the pradhan will decide what is to be done

firstly you can mention full address and if you have paper for the property which you bought then you have right to take possession of the property no one can stop to take possession on this property
