Property Issue details questions

20-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a house which is registered under my and my fathers name, this house was bought on loan from the bank which i paid in full, my father passed away few years back, now my brothers are asking for their share in the property although they have not contributed a single penny in the house loan payment. I would like to know in case court orders for their share which i believe would come out as 18.5% each = 37 %, how can i get my house in full, as i would be the major share owner of the property, can i ask the court to sell their share as in 37% combined it would not be livable for them as the way house is constructed

Did your father leave behind a will? How many brothers are there? Who resides in the property and since how long? Where is the property located? Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Are you the wholesole owner of the property or did you and your father have equal share?

If yes, then transfer your father's share on your wife's name by filing a mutation application and along with an indemnity bond and an affidavit.
