Property inheritance of grandmother

My grandmother has died in 2022
She has two daughters and one son ,
She has agriculture land and residential land in her name how long her property can remain unpartitoned or undivided time period
Can her son inherit or register the entire property in his name without giving notice or informing the daughters
hi if no one is coming to divide the property then you could file suit for partition to equally divide the property on ground that all are equally liable for the property and if they are not coming forward then you could file suit for partition to equally divide the property
