Property in grandfathers name and parents expired how much share to us

my gradfather died in 3/5/2005 after that my parents father and mother died in 2007 my father had 3 sister and 2 child my grandmother is still alive the property still on my grandfather name my question is the how many parts the property will divided and if i transfer the property in my name i want to pay stamp duty or not *note:- my gradfather died before the succession act 9/9/2005

If the property owned by your grand father is self acquired property or ancentral property for you it would be a ancentral property than, The partition would open up on the day of the death of the grand father. so your father will have half the share of the property, with the notional share, the same will be transferred to you. No stamp duty is required, the property has come to you through inheritance.

Please clarify your question. AS you told your father have 3 sisters and then including your father, your father will get 1/4th of the share in the said property. In you question you mentioned that the" 2 child." IT was not clarified to whom the child was born or the siblings of your father .

You are sked for stamp duty. You are not mention from what way you are intended to transfer the property. If it was sale purchase then the stamp duty attract. If it was gift lesser stamp duty will attract.
