Property in brother's name- house in same property- legally secure?

Location: c, Our property on brother name and I have my house on my name in same property from more then 20 years, every year we pay all the taxes to panchayat, I have electricity & water connection on my name only the land is on my brother name, Are we safe or my brother can create problems for me???

There can be a lot of possibility for legal issues to arise in case of a family dispute. The documents you claim in your name are not title documents to claim ownership in the land. The ideal would be to make a partition Deed (Need more information on the title documents your brother possesses to suggest you best possible remedy) and then do a mutation and then get your name added on Form 1&14.

the brother can create problem, as the land is in his name. If he wants the share he will ask for it. How come you have built the house and taken the house no and electricity connection. Was there are mutual understanding
