Property illegal entry and damage to property

Neighbour's demolished the compound wall of our property and claiming this land comes under poramboku. Surveyor has come and confirmed the land belongs to us even after that they are opposing it. We have already made a complaint on the station regarding property damage, but yet proper action has not been taken. How to proceed further on this matter? it stops us from constructing the building.
We can definetly file a civil suit and contest for our stance. If we have strong and supporting proofs and evidences we have a fair chance of winning the case and getting an order copy in our favour. Documents need to be perused.
