The developer take the my propery and my property square feet his 52×27 and that property taken the developer 60/40 that developer told the we given groundfloor 2BHK and 1floor also giving 2BHK and cash also giving 3lacs but developer his cheating with us he his not compete the work he do the some work just like puttings, pilita,bima,ready to totally R.C.C 18 columns, and he leavit construction work. What to do?

You need to give him legal notice through Advocate.
After giving Notice, you will have to file civil suit in civil Court.
Once Civil suit is filed then he will have to complete the work and he can escape his liability.
