Property gifted to first son,procedure to claim property from the son

Flat purchased by father .Name of 2 sons & wife included .Wife expired.sons were having no income source at the time of purchase.Father gifted his share to good son .How to take share of bad son?
Dear Sir,
Your query is not clear, who(father or good son) is claiming or wanted to take the share of a bad son? I understand the good son wanted to take from the bad son. It is difficult as there is no legal provisions to claim from the other co owner without his consent. As father already gifted his share to good son two third share belongs to good son and 1/3 of bad son.
