Property gifted to elder daughter without consent of younger one

2daughter they got married, elder daughter her husband.. staying with her father and mother scince 40 years elder daughter and son in law are the care takers,they got some property gift for their marrige dowry in 1975(some purchesed,and they are in the position from last 30 years ) with out signing of younger daughter, she got married in 1985,she got very good dowry(no evidence for it) she is not with father, at present mother and father are live they doesnt have propery of ancestral a little were their which they acwired,now younder daughter asking share in property is she has a right?

Since both the daughters got married in 1975 and 1985, they are not eligible to claim a share of ancestral properties obtained by your father and mother.
the reason is amendment to hindu succession act by Shri.NTR was passed in the year 1986 giving daughter's equal rights in ancestral properties. so any person having got married before 1986 will not get any rights whatsoever.
Also in the self acquired properties of your parents, no person (including the daughter's can claim rights) while the parents are alive.
