Property Gifted my mom to her son before death

My mom gifted me her flat. With all the documents I have notary on which signature has been done my mom and 2 witness of the society. All the documents are attested. Now, before doing registration and stamp duty on my name the mom died in hospital. So what is the process ? Even I have 2 sister who are married
What was the mode of gifting the property from your mother to you ??
Notary is no mode of registration of a document
Those documents now do not have any validity as they are only notarised
Law of succession will apply in your case and you will have to give your sisters their share in the gifted property unless they are ready to give an affidavit that they do not wish to get anything

So now, Property will get transferred as per the last Will made by your Mother. Else, it will get transferred equally amongst Legal Heirs as per the Succession Law. So now, you guys need to get Legal Heirship Certificate & Succession Certificate to get your Mother's Property.
