Property Exchange: Loan Against Exchanged Property - Risk of Shop Clos

Me and my uncle have 5 shops each and my uncle insisted to exchange the shops which even I wanted so I agreed and did allow the paperwork but after few months bank people came to my shops and said that this property will be closed as it has loan so then I called my uncle he said he will pay the loan but now he is not responding to me clearly what should I do
The paper works which you have mentioned here in your quiery have been registered in the office of sub registrar ? what kind of ownership both of you are having in respect of those five shops each. ? what the bank people mean by closing the property ?
