Dear Sir/Maam My father is a business man he has a business of car show room and spare parts but the land on which the business is - is on her mothers name so if the property will divide then the business will also divde or it will remain in my father hand.
My father is a business man he has a business of car show room and spare parts but the land on which the business is - is on her mothers name so if the property will divide then the business will also divide or it will remain in my father hand-- family can come to a settlement and when the property divides/division takes place then one person can get both the land and property and in exchange the other can pay the amount. or one can pay rent for use of land.

It depends. As per your explanation it does not appear how was the business owned by your was set up. If it was set up from the funds of the HUF income, it may be divided. If the business by your father was set up his own funds it cannot be a subject matter of the family partition and only the land in the name of your Grand Mother can be the subject matter of the partition.
