property distributuion of hindu family

my mother has a house on her name and died without will. afterwards father made a will of his share in the house to my brother and died. thereafter my brother made a will of his share in the house to his uncle and died. now me and my sister are alive and legal heirs. now how the property be distributed. is my fathers and brothers will legal?

if any person died incested ( without doing any will) then in that case the administrator or District Magistrate will issue a certificate regarding the legal heirs of the deceased person. After obtaining the legal heirs certificate you can file a petition for ownership of this property on the basis of this certificate and claim your share. If your father and brother have done a will regarding this property then in that case this is totally unacceptable and illegal. you can file a petition for declaration of Will as null and void in concerned civil Court. you can contact me through the administrator of this website for more information and guidance
