21-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
We have a 3 storeys house, as per the will entire land and house belongs to my grandfather, who passed away on 2003 , I lost my father on 2004. My own uncle(elder brother of my father) brought me up, he was unmarried and he too passed away on last month, into this morose my Aunt (wife of my elder most uncle, who died on 1996,and has no child) is demanding her partition. Nowadays I have 4 adult members in my family, my mother,my own elder sister and aunt. My question is, legally do we have 4 equal shares in the property? My uncle also had some bank balance in saving a/c are we all equal claimer?

No, four equal share is not possible. The legal heir of your uncle's property is your aunt , if she gift the property to you then you can get that share. For more inquiry contact a lawyer to get relief.
