Property distribution from my father

My name is Adarsh Tiwari.
My mother was govt teacher my father in CRPF
My mother deceased in 2019 and my father don't want to give me anything from property
Can I claim on father's property in the basis on my deceased mother and my mother also transferred amount in father's loan account
What I do ?

You can't claim property from your father if it's hid self acquired property. You can't claim the property on your mother's behalf. You can claim the property which is in your mother's name along with your father.
