Property distribution among two wives and their children

My father expired on May 2010 and having two wives(own sisters); first wife sons-4 and daughters-2 and second wife son-1 and daughters-2 both wives are living in the same house.Ple advice how to distribute the property of land and one house among them. In the family first wife son dies without marriage and second wife son died with childrens. Please suggest/advice in the matter
I assume you are one of the sons to first wife as only son of second wife expired. Both wives get 50% share and the respective 50% devolves into kids equally. Otherwise all kids can share the property equally by writing a mutual understanding.
