Property dispute with real brother

Our parents died and we are 2 sister and one brother.All married.Our brother who was earlier living in first floor our parents house now shifted downfloor which was locked after parents death.He is also not Willing to shift to first floor back .Now we cannot even go to our parents house .We want to divide the property .what we can do and what accordingly law daughter share is in their parents home?How much time it will take if we file a case.No will written by parents?Hindu religion.
As per Hindu Succession Act all the male and female children having equal share in the property of their parents.
So in case of your mother is also not alive and all of you three having equal right in the property left behind your father and if mother is surviving then everyone having 1/4 share in property.
You may claim your share by filing suit for declaration and suit for partition.
