My father registered land on my name after his death my brothers n sisters are claiming a share
hello client hru. as you have mentioned here is seems to be a full duspite of the family due to the land has been registered in your name by your father. as you father is no more in this world your brother and your own sister is claiming the partition of the property which ia been in your egistered name . as the case is described by you is little tricky so tht i can assure you tht you will not lose your property . as the court of law will not at all allow any one else to claim your property partition in any manner.
