Property dispute mother vs son..prop purchased by son son

I purchased a property on my mother name in 2008.parents were living together ...after father passed away in last month..my mother and sister conspired together and asking for full share...pls advise what to do..as they are now taking full advantage of being legally strong...

You can file a Suit for Declaration wherein you can challenge the title of the property itself and claim that the same was purchased by you through your own money. So please do it as soon as possible, because in such a cases delays are hard to explain in the Court of Law.

Hi there ..u haven’t revealed about whether those people have a WILL or have they got the property transferred into their names before the death…we want to m is about the legal heirs n plz let us know all the facts ..plz b in touch …

Sir , property is mother name and your mother is the owner of the property and no mean demand any thing.
Further, please disclose all such things in detail due to according your query mother is the true owner of that property and no need to demand of anything.
