Property dispute in which 3 siblings agreed to sell and 1 don't.

07-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
I have three siblings, 2 are elder sisters and a younger brother. Both the sisters and I are willing to sell the property (mother passed away without making a will), but my younger brother has issues with all three of us. He is neither living in the house nor agreeing to sell it. For the past few months he doesn't have any contact with any of the family members either. The property cannot be divided separately, it can be sold as whole. What can be the options, kindly suggest.

file a partition suit you should have a court monitored settlement or compromise or you can give him money in turn of his share. dying without making a will is intestate succession so the property will devolve as per the Hindu marriage act
