Property Dispute Family and Landlord

We have property which is in pagdi system on Ground Floor which is going for Redevelopment, it's Commercial plus Residential on Ground Floor front Is Shop which is occupied by my uncle with Partition back there is residential which is occupied by me, Main Issue is that property was is name of Grandfather and his 6 brother. Later all Died and While Redevelopment which started 20 yrs before my uncle who was financialy Stable that managed to get property in his Name , with promises he will manage to give us Flat in same project, But now with so many years new Builder is taken over, Uncle and his brother trying to get us out without giving anything trying to manipulate along with Builder. Need someone who can get me my house.
