Property dispute between brother

10 year ago I purchase a property for myself, then My brother also want some part of that property so I made a gift deed and tranfer half share of property at that time of purchase.Property is use separately as half half.But separation was not done in legal term.I made a lot of changes in my part of land by my own expenses.Now I want property to be separated in legal terms also.But my brother is not ready because he want separation of land again because he think my part of land has more value.More value derived because I done a lot of expenses on my part of land.What's legal remedies available?
hello I got your point...,A gift deed once registered cannot be cancelled without the donee's signature...,Once a property is DULY Gifted, the same property CANNOT be a part of any Partition Deed...but u can file declaration suit...for further help do contact me..
