Property dispute arising after 48 long year's . What is the solution

23-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
Can a person claim right to property that was sold to his grandfather in 1969 without a partition deed (entire land sold by 1 hier without permission of others)? All the legal heirs (including the one who sold earlier) have sold the land to another person in 2018 thereby creating a civil dispute . The person is claiming land after 48 year's.
