Property Dispute and Family Influence

03-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My father bought a 10-bissa property in my grandfather's name. For five years, my grandfather lived with us in Mumbai while my grandmother stayed with my uncle. Now, he refuses to return and is influenced by my grandmother and uncle. I fear they may transfer the property since it's not ancestral. Despite efforts by my father and the panchayat, he insists on doing nothing until his death. How can I handle this situation?- uncle and his childs are always using bad word ..

you may file a suit for permanent injunction against your grandfather and uncle and thereafter you may seek temporary injunction against them. but you have to establish this fact that the property was purchased by your father.
