Property dispose in absence of a will

Require guidance and the type of documents to dispose a residential property in Delhi in absence of a WILL of male deceased.
I would also like to know the procedure for disposing this property and what all charges are involved in this?
Since in your case a male deceased has died intestate that is without writing a valid Will for division of his estate, you have to apply for a succession certificate in the concerned District Judges Court. Once the succession certificate is granted you can get the mutation done and thereafter can sell of the properties
