Property demolished by MCD dda without showcause notice

Sir my property is more than 30 years old even I have MCD letter showing this, we had done some encroachment on govt land as done by all in our area. But one blackmailer complained in MCD, DDA, and they have demolished our some portion on the name of enroachment. And they closed our case now as old and occupied property prior to 2006. Still blackmailer continue to send complaints again and again but can u do like under special provision act of NCT and limitation act etc so that I can be in peace
Hello i If the demolition was done by the MCD without following the due procedure then it is and irregularity and you can claim compensation and damages from the department. You can also filed for stay or injunction against any adverse action by the authorities
