Property case by relative , property is very much old

Property case is filed by relative, Case is going on for 5 years. we have mutation , registry in our name but our lawyer never submitted this papers as the relative filed false case stating that his father purchased property in our name so we have to prove we paid for property which has registry in our name
registry is 30 years old so from where we can bring proof we paid for the property and from where we can bring receipt for paying for property that is 30 years old
Payment of consideration can be proven by showing the transaction details, be it cash or online or through cheque. Also these details gets mentioned in the registered sale deed. Strategy can be framed after perusal of the documents. Please feel free to contact
