I need an advise to buy property in Bangalore. What is the difference between BDA “Approved” and BBMP A khata sites and which one is good option to buy as future investment.
BDA approved sites are those which are formed as per the specifications required for a BDA layout.. those rare are in matter of safety and facilities next only to a BDA layout..A Knatha sites may or may not be BDA sites, they are those sites for which tax collecting authorities that is- the Corporation _ has measured assessed and is collecting property tax. about question on what is good for the future as an investment I will write to your WhatsApp
