Property being claimed by step mother how to get legal hold of it

Am a Muslim. After my father's death my father's​ Ancestoral Home partitioned we get 5 cent and we purchased extra 5 cent but we paid for 10 cent by cash. After 7 years we build a home with following liabilities: home loan from bank, gold loan and my monthly salary.It took 4 years to complete the home.my father first wife daughter claiming for share in my new home. Please I need to move legally against this. How can i do it?
She have absolutely no right to get any share in the property. For escaping from the illegal demand and nuisance it is better to file a suit in the concerned munsiff court and obtain an injunction restrain her from entering into your property....Feel free to contact me
