दादी ने मरने से पहले पिताजी के नाम पर फ्लैट किया।
फ्लैट कुछ इस तरह नाम पर किया !
१) एडवोकेट को बुलाकर सेल लेटर बनवाया ।
२) सब document attach kiya
३) advocate se sell letter banne ke bad
४) दादी के नाम पर फ्लैट था उनका सिग्नेचर लिया , उसके बाजू में पिताजी का signature दिया,
५) बिजनेस के दो फोटो और फोटो के नीचे सिग्नेचर लिया
६) सब पेपर को ले जाकर कोर्ट से नोटरी करवाया ।
अब इन सब के बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन और स्टैंड ड्यूटी करना बाकी था ! Ek din bad hospital mein dadi ka dehant ho gaya ! Without doing registration and stamp duty !
पिताजी को दो बहन है जिनकी शादी हो चुकी है ।
