I have bought residential purpose Iand. I want to check whether documents are correct. I am giving them EMI basis payment since 5 months. My company has recently changed company name and address due to better communication. How can I check whether they are fraud. Plz help.
I have seen your query carefully and found that you have bought this property after obtaining loan from any financial institutions like bank etc. so when the financial institution had approved your loan then they had taken all the precautions and disburse the loan amount after full satisfaction after obtaining non encumbrance certificate from the registry office.
