Property after mother-in-law's death

Dear All, My husband has property in his and his late mother's name. How can I transfer my mother-in-law's ownership in the property to mine? The property is located in Mumbai. Religion - Christian

you will not succeed the property
app your husband ab he live time but after his death property belonging husband will be succeeded bhaiyyu automatically . if you have any problem in future you can contact with me without any hesitation urgently

This is my response to you:
1. You will need to execute a gift deed;
2. All the legal heirs will have to transfer to your husband name or your name;
3. You have to pay all Stamp duty and registration fees;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
