Propert dispute with the third party after selling

I have sold a piece of land to 2 parties by dividing the land by a 15 ft gap for the road at different years.on 15 ft gap I reserved a 15 by 10 ft piece land for my self at one end of the road before selling to the 1 st party and I have also register that portion on papers of the 1st party when selling the land but I forgot to put the same on the 2 nd party to whom I sold the land currently .kindly give advice to how to claim the piece of land from the second party
As per ur quarry u have forgotten in second party to put same as mention in first party documents ,know ur and ur second party submit correction dead in documents before the appropriate sub registration office if sec . party's is not agreed then file suit for corrections before district court rest on VI's a vise
