Promoter not given our complete house

Sir, 28.08.2019 me humlogo ka agreement hua tha promoter k sath bt last year promoter ka death ho gya hai promoter k taraf se 2 admi sign kiye the papers me..1 promoter or dusra promoter ka partner urf mu bola beta.Bt promoter ka death hone k baad only 1bar Paisa Diya uske baad Paisa v nahi de raha hai or humlogo ka ghar bhi bana k nahi de raha hai.sunne me aya hai 4th floor ka permission nahi hai.ab humlogo ko kya karna chahiye Sir?
dear client as per your query since you were in agreement with the promoter but at the time of agreement you must have paid lumsum amount as the promoter is no more so it's the duty of the partner of the promoter to pay you back the amount according to the agreement if he doesn't provide you the flat or else you can file case against him..
