Procedure to withdraw the surety?

Hi sir one of my friend was given me surity for the proper for lap top and cell phone and he wants to with drawn his surity what is the process to get the new surity for this property
No it is not possible to withdraw the surety once it is given in any case surety can be withdrawn only when final order is passed in the case until then the surety is not given, if you want to withdraw the case then it is possible.

You have not stated were the surety was given in court or shop . If it is general surety then tell him to give an application in hand written that he wants to withdraw and you have to arrange parallel another surety in replacement of him.
