Procedure to update mutation order copy

i had applied for mutation of the purchased property in bakhshi ka talab tehsil lucknow and order passed on 5.10.2017 and it showing on vaad website but it still not updated in the system (bhulekh). what can be done to update mutation order copy to bhulekh site.
Revenue inspector / Registrar will file his report after the order of MUTATION and then only three order will upload on abhilekh website.
You will have to pursue or it will be unnecessarily delayed.
