1. In case property seller doesn’t have Khata transfer on her name at gram panchayat (Tishanahalli), Dashanapura Bangalore North since 5 years at time when she purchased the property, can she transfer KHATA on her name at present 2017. Such cases new buyer who interested to buy the property from her would be right decision or not? 2. After register of this property at sub-register would it be possible for new owner to transfer KHATA on his name after paying all the due taxes and late fee charges. Religion: Hindu
