Procedure to transfer property in wife's name during Divorce process

I have filed a divorce case in court, and I have flat in crossing republik ghaziabad. The flat is in my name and my husband is co-owner. As part of settlement the he shall not have any claim on the property and his share should be transferred in my name so that I become the complete owner of the house. What would be the process and how much stamp will be required to pay for transfer in this case.
Your husband will simply execute a Relinquishment Deed in your favor and relinquish his title/right over the property. You just keep it safe with the Sale deed for future purpose. You can sale your flat anytime whenever you feel to do so and receive full value in your name
