Procedure to remove brother's name from property papers

Hello, I have a flat in Pune region and i wanted to remove name of my brother from property document but at same time my home loan is active with ICICI Bank. How can i achieve this ?
If want to remove the best way is By creating registering Gift Deed which will also help in taxation purpose. Updating the Gift deed transaction in society records and any other records.
