Procedure to regain property from the custody of cousin brother

what steps i need for regaining my minorproperty from my cousin brother and family ,all neceesary copies are with them and even though my mother is illiterate they forced her to sign on some papers without my consent,by now i am 22years old this december and my family is financially not stable, pls give an adivce for regain my property as soon as possible
First of all file a case in the civil court that the property was transferred by fraud and undue influence as your mother was illiterate and was tricked into signing the document.
After that file police complaint against them for criminal misappropriation of property, fraud, criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation.
