Procedure to obtain old case property papers of 1985-86

Hello , my dad had won a case which was at the city civil court Churchgate Mumbai and court number 3 as it's a property matter was with a builder who toucherd us to leave the place or to sell my property in a cheap rate and my dad was not educated he was fooled by not giving his case papers and even mention a wrong details in the paper now I want to get all old papers bt I was demanded bribe which I was not able to give coz my house condition were not that good and yet it is so can u help me with my situation on how to obtain the papers legally

you have applied before court for application for grant of certified copy of all record including order sheets.
in case you are not proper detail of old case. then you have check the case court registrar.
i think your father case which was in record room i.e. record keeper for disposal section.
you engaging the counsel for that purpose.
