Procedure to get clearance of loan on the piece of land

I had recently bought a piece of land and when i applied for a loan it was rejected because the chain of ownership is not clear as the person who was the owner is dead and his wife and daughters have sold the land to me What should I do to clear this issue and my loan gets cleared
