Procedure to get back the property transferred by deed

I have got a sale deed under which I sold a part of my property, while transferred the remaining property area to wife's name writing that in the same sale deed and got it registered, it has been more than 1 year now..so can the ownership title on wifes name can be taken away by challenging it by me or my legal heirs??or how can i take that transferred property back from her.

No you cannot get that property back. Once it has been registered it becomes very difficult to negate it. What valid grounds do you have to challenge the deed? Was it under any sort of force, coercion or undue influence?
