Procedure to file application for Gurgaon based project

Hi, I have to file an application in Haryana Rera - Gurgaon based project. For the same looking for help in all documentation & further procedure understanding. How much would be the total cost for such service & Rera fees inclusive of all and what all documents would be required. Please suggest.
Total cost will be Rs. 25000/- all inclusive. documents are agreement with builder, allotment letter, payments proofs , copies of correspondence / letter written to/received from builder, ID proof etc

What is GPA and registry?
GPA stands for general power of attorneys. A GPA can be executed by the registered owner of property (whose property is recorded in government records, usually at the Registrar Office), in favor of his spouse, his son, his daughter, his brother, his sister, or any other family member to manage their property.
Is GPA valid in Haryana?
The Court also held that a power of attorney was only a legal agency created on behalf of granting authority in favor of the recipient. Even an irrevocable Power of Attorney does not transfer title to the recipient. GPA does not apply to the sale of property.
