Procedure to enter name in the names of descendants in the property

Dear Sir I had agriculture land in Gujarat with my 5 brothers, out of one brother was expired. Now, I would like to enter the names of my descendants in my survival in this land. Other brothers are not interested for entering the names of descendants. Can i enter the names of my descendants? if, yes what is the procedure for the same.
You have full right to get name entered of all family members of yours even if they are minor.
First of all you will have to obtain family tree document from local panchayat and then apply for that in nearest Jan Seva Kendra. If there is any objections from other parties then you can appeal and matter will be in your favour. You can consult a local lawyer and they will charge max 2-2.5K
