Procedure to do after remove land from data bank list

I have purchased a land in 2015 ( Nilam, NOT belongs to data bank) , Kaymkulam, Keerikad village. But on my all documents it's mentioned that the type of land is Nilam. How can i change this to Purayidam in all official documents. What's the procedure for doing that? Please help me.

u have several methods to convert to the land first u go to village and check the document after that collect the entire document as soon as possible after that cantact me I will explain the way of convert ed to ur land for purayidam
